About Freddie Pope

As a Project Manager and Canine Trainer at GardaWorld Federal Services, I oversee the international transportation of canine units and drive in-country training programs for K9 units. To uphold operational readiness, I supervise canine health and welfare programs, including equipment procurement and maintenance. I advise utilizing MWD teams during contingency operations, ensuring constant readiness to support various entities, including wartime deployments, Presidential, U.S. Customs, military, and civilian communities in drug/explosive detection. I craft training scenarios for accountability for all training aids and maintain precise training records, including MWD certification forms. I am currently a DBA candidate. I have a Master's in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Columbia Southern University. I hold PMP certification from PMI. Also hold multiple certifications from the United States Department of Defense. I am passionate about enhancing the performance and quality standards of K9 units and ensuring their safety and well-being.
