About Frederic Bach

My goal is to help executives of asset management organisations improve their sustainability offering, with the aim of increasing dedicated assets under management, by working hand in hand with their investment teams on efficiently integrating ESG in the asset selection and allocation process. Another aspect of my role is to implement stewardship of the assets, engaging with companies on various topics to help them function in a more responsible way. I finally make sure shares of invested companies are voted in a way that reflects investors' sustainability objectives, supporting the company or siding with other shareholders in opposing management. Finally, I coordinate efforts across all departments to understand and integrate legal and societal requirements linked with sustainability and responsible investments. This efforts extends to Ossiam's existing and potential clients, and other entities of the BPCE Group and Natixis.
