I am an Organization Change Management (OCM) practitioner, certified by PROSCI and the ESSEC Chair of Change Management. I drive and execute OCM strategies for large Client transformation programs. I have extensive experience in helping Clients mitigate people-related impacts in the context of technology-led transformations (ERP/software implementation & deployment, digital transformation…), outsourcing and organizational transformation (Application Managed Services, Business Process Management.) My prime skills comprise change impact analysis / change management strategies (definition, planning, execution)/ learning strategies / communication and stakeholder engagement / adoption strategies / animation of client change networks and ecosystems. I have cross-industry experience: Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Logistics, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Transportation, Aerospace and Defense - in France and Europe. I also have strong skills in project management, entrepreneurial spirit and thought leadership.
