About Frederic Bordenave

Always learning in a spirit of innovation and continuous improvement … My favorite quote is:"I never lose. I either win or learn”- Nelson Mandela. Communicator and flexible with critical thinking and analytic skills, I take on new challenges focusing on customer needs. My career has been built around learning, credibility through experience recognition and my manager’s confidence. An evolution directly linked to industrialization and quality within an international company and a start-up developping AIDC systems (Geolocation UWB / GNSS, energy harvesting UHF, 2D & 3D cameras, optical distance measurements and innovative autofocus fixtures). Certified as a SixSigma BlackBelt, I had the great pleasure of mentoring GreenBelt candidates and driving my team's DFMEA and KAIZEN initiatives. I appreciate having a central role between clients, management, marketing, design and production. Contributing ethically and a source of new proposals, I'm using 6σ tools on a daily basis to promote fast and sound decisions based on facts.#SixSigma #BlackBelt #Statistics #Coaching #LEAN #ContinuousImprovement #Tests #Validation #Innovation #Management #FSE #AIDC #UWB #AMDEC #DFMEA
