About Frederic Brown

With over nine years of experience in the retail industry, I am the Founder and CEO of Panache Enterprise, a company that specializes in home décor and textile products. I have a BBA in Marketing from Delhi University, and I have honed my skills in forecasting, vendor management, inventory management, negotiation, business planning, analytical skills, sales, and retail. My passion is to create and deliver innovative and quality products that meet the needs and preferences of customers. Before starting Panache Enterprise in 2019, I worked as a Director at Rachkart Online Pvt Ltd for five and a half years, where I revamped the whole category of home décor and value added textile by introducing new categories to the stores, such as spa products, home décor accessories, and textiles. I managed the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to budgeting and performance review. I also led a team of buyers and merchandisers, and collaborated with vendors, suppliers, and store managers to ensure optimal sales and stocks at all points of sale and warehouse. I am proud of the results I achieved, such as increasing the customer retention rate, enhancing the brand image, and growing the revenue and profit margin. My mission is to continue to innovate and lead in the retail industry, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
