Work is driven by passion. I'm into software development since childhood, and into Agility since 2017. I have 20 years of exepenrience in software development and more than 8 years in team leading and project management. Since my introduction to Scrum and the Agile process, I specialize in bottom-up team management, trying to get the best of every collaborator in a creative and motivating environment. I am a certified Scrum Master (PSM-I and SAFe SM 5.1/6.0), SAFe 6.0 SPC, enabled to give various SAFe 6.0 trainings in English and French. I secure time to learn, enable myself to give training or certify to something new every week if I can. I am autonomous, reactive and client-centered, always aiming for the highest level quality. I love to learn, teach and coach. I take in charge several aspects of supporting businesses in their Agile transformation, including supporting team as a Scrum Master (Scrum and Kanban), Agile Release Trains (ART) creation. strategic and business Agility transformation, and all things Agile!
