As a Team Leader I'm directly managing a Team of Consultants and I'm looking to develop my Business Unit by looking for new opportunities and by ensuring its profitability Current responsibilities include- Coordinating and monitoring the scheduling and technical performance of company projects - Preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and finalized requirements of various projects - Researching new opportunities and technologies (RFP, RFQ)- Developing solutions to project problems - Directing work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments while also ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget - Acting as adviser to program teams regarding projects, tasks, and operations - Specialize in Contract Transfer for any Merge, Acquisition or Divestment program.
