Right now, I’m part of the exciting journey of seeing a startup evolve into a scale-up and transition toward a multinational, following an acquisition and merger aiming for market leadership. It’s been a valuable experience, dealing with changing processes and evolving cultures. Earlier, I took part in building an international Sales Hub in Barcelona, which grew from just a small team to over a hundred people in a few years — a fast-paced environment that taught me a lot about growth and adaptability. I’ve handled CRM transitions, like moving between Salesforce and HubSpot, and I’m all about using AI-powered tools to monitor and improve KPIs and metrics, making coaching smoother and helping the team perform at its best. I love working across teams to make sure customer success goes hand in hand with real business impact.
