With over 25 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, Frederic is the founder and managing director of PAYPLE, a company that provides Payroll, HR solutions and Accounting services to SMEs and Freelancers in the Czech Republic. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a master's degree in accounting, audit, and finance from Université de Limoges, France. Frederic has a strong technical knowledge of the relevant regulations and processes, as well as a long track record of leading and developing multicultural professional teams, delivering high-quality and compliant services. Prior to founding PAYPLE, he held senior positions at RSM, KPMG, TMF Group, and GOT International, where he contributed to the growth, innovation, and excellence of their operations. Frederic's mission is to offer reliable, flexible, and efficient solutions that meet the needs and expectations of his clients and partners. As a locally recognized player, he has also published multiple articles and hosted public presentations on the business risks and opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe, and the challenges and opportunities when entering the Czech market.
