A high performance level Thanks to the clubs in which I evolved, and the sport celebrities whom I met (and played like Jonah Lomu), my knowledge of the professional sport led me on the path of performance, self-abnegation and work. My various experiences allowed me to optimize my perception of the team spirit, my dedication and loyalty, characteristics appreciated by my partners through my career. I am someone enthusiast and dynamic. I was able to grow rich humanely, and in the practice of my sport, thanks to the various meetings which I was able to make worldwide. This international component finds itself in the choices which I continue to make within the framework of my business. Hardly of these years of rugby surrounded with the best coaches, I managed to surpass myself physically, I was next to the excellence. Because I wish at the moment to make share my taste of the performance to those who feel the desire or the need, I turn to personal trainer. Based both in France and Los Angeles, I address the high-level sportsmen, the professionals, the businessmen or the businesswomen of any edges, eager for challenges and/or performances. Always by keeping mind these notions of transmission and exemplary nature which characterize the wise men, the leaders.
