Tax Litigation Services Having involved and incharge with tax litigation services such as tax audit, tax objection and tax appeal process. Compiled and review all supporting documents in relation to the tax litigation process including tax reconciliations, identified potential tax exposures that may arise during the tax audit and objection process, liaise with the tax authority and provide necessary explanation if required, prepared tax audit/objection response letter. In tax appeal process, responsible to prepare the tax appeal letter, rebuttal letter and provide supporting documents and reconciliation during the tax court hearing also prepare the reconsideration request letter and Mutual agreement procedure.
