About Frederic Sandy

The real estate journey began in 2005 as I began exploring flipping houses. I then became a licensed NYS Home Inspector to further my knowledge with house flipping and rehabbing. After many bumps and a housing market crash, I was able to take on many projects with the help of investors. The housing bubble landed me working as a sub contractor with many banks as I began performing property preservation and routine inspections & many contracts with public adjusters and insurance companies. It was with my interaction on the field and speaking with many homeowners who had many questions about home ownership and asking for real estate recommendations that I realized I could better help in actually becoming a real estate agent. My experience on the field and vast construction experience, as well as being a home owner has brought me to my current position. I will not just open doors but explain everything behind them. From beginnig to end, and usually beyond.
