My work was notably recognised with France Best Business Development Manager award in 2023 and with France most beautiful property Award in 2022, crowning the most profitable portfolio in France for the Awaze group, thanks to my approach focused on services development and quality products onboarding. Mastering management and negotiation, I contributed significantly to strengthening business partnerships, while providing coaching and training of team members to guarantee alignment with company policy. My commitment to excellence and innovation continues to guide my missions, constantly generating creative solutions to increase performance and success.
