I am a Montreal based Accenture Client Account Lead. I have the honor and the responsibility to drive strategic partnerships and lead end-to-end transformation initiatives for clients in the engineering, industrial and A&D industries. My clients are based in Canada and in the USA and their operations are global. With 20+ years of consulting experiences, a deep understanding of industry dynamics and emerging technologies, I help organizations reimagine their operations, accelerate digital innovation, and achieve sustainable growth. My role involves building strong relationships with my clients and understanding their business needs; developing and executing strategies to meet their goals; ensuring that our services are delivered effectively and meet the agreed-upon standards and expectations; leading a team of professionals who work on the client account, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the client's goals and managing the financial aspects of the client account, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. I have the privilege of being the primary point of contact between Accenture and my clients, ensuring that the client’s needs are met. I am committed to building long-term relationships rooted in trust and performance and delivering measurable business value. When I am not working, you might find me with my family in a ski area, especially if the powder snow shows up or flyfishing in a salmon river in eastern Quebec.
