About Frederick Cobarde

I am currently a travel medical technologist. My goal is to continue to learn and grow in this career as I experience different laboratories, departments and work environments. I pride myself with being a fast learner and this is evidenced with my previous work experiences. When I moved to the US, I started working in a Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory with no prior work experience in molecular biology. My employer took a chance on me and I made sure to rise to the occasion to prove I was worthy of that chance. My next work experience was as a Generalist in a hospital laboratory. By this time I did not have extensive work experience in different departments but I saw it as an opportunity to learn and be better at my craft. I was assigned into different departments that helped me hone new skills and gain new knowledge as a generalist. Now, I took on the opportunity of being a travel medtech so that I can further develop new skills, acquire new knowledge and meet new people.
