I pride myself in being a resourceful leader and meeting challenges that I may have never seen before with calm courage and tenacious resolve. Operating a hospital during a pandemic, or during a historic ice storm, have tested and honed these traits. Such experiences have also reinforced my commitment to collaboration. Collaboration is a hallmark of my leadership style. I truly believe, and have seen, that we create better processes from a deep pool of insight derived from perspectives gathered from all involved. Not only is inclusion the smart choice for good outcomes; it is also a much more enjoyable way of life. I believe in learning everything I can to excel at achieving my personal goals and then sharing that information openly with anyone who might also benefit from it. My own successes in life have been achieved with the help of others and it is my pleasure to pay this forward whenever I can. No great goal is achieved in isolation and there is a deeper satisfaction in having achieved something as a team. I love to share a good story and every company has a story to tell. If an enterprise is offering something that benefits the planet and it’s inhabitants, I would love to tell their story. That is, after all, the best example of sales: sharing information that will benefit others with passion and intelligence.
