About Frederick Leclair

Fitness has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in small town there was nothing else to do but enjoy the great outdoors. From Elementary school all the way through college I've played competitive basketball, Football, Track and field. It wasn't until the college level when I really became interested in strength training and nutrition. My favorite course in college was nutrition. The reason why is because growing up with chronic asthma I've made it a life long mission of mine to try and beat it. I would have to say that I'm at a point in my life where I think I've pretty much gotten to the bottom of it through tons of research and anecdotal experimentation throughout the years. In life I've come to a realization that everyone has a path here on earth and it' usually starts with what catches your attention and focus everyday. I can honestly say that mine is Fitness. Nothing makes me more happier than getting to help people feel better in there own skin. From my previous years working as a personal trainer I have grown and learned so much. From the tears in the In body room after achieving goals to hitting 200 hours in my first month as a personal trainer. I don't regret it at. The best thing that I love about being a personal trainer is that it doesn't feel like work especially when you go into the gym just being yourself. Sure you get your ups and downs here and there however, for the most part there's no environment I would rather be in. An environment where everybody is trying to better themselves. Sometimes you can just feel the positive energy flowing throughout the gym. I absolutely love it. I have worked with many different types of clients. I have worked with clients with disability's, athletes, children and bodybuilders. One of my favorite quotes from Socrates is "Falling down is not a failure, Failure comes when you stay where you have fallen."
