Hello! I'm Frederick Samuel - call me Fred - an experienced professional, currently serving as the Internal Control Supervisor at PT CS2 Pola Sehat, part of the Orang Tua Group. With a background in education as a debate coach and teacher, I've honed my communication, teaching, and negotiation skills, which have proven invaluable in my transition to the corporate world. In my previous role as a Single Document Controller and Internal Control Officer, I was entrusted with the critical responsibility of maintaining all procedural documentation and records across multiple divisions, including six plants and our headquarters. Now, as the Internal Control Supervisor, I've been fortunate to advance within the company and lead a dedicated team of two staff members. My focus has shifted from executing tasks directly to supervising and overseeing the implementation of internal control processes and procedures. I thrive on the dynamic challenges inherent in my role. Leading a dedicated team, I oversee a wide range of responsibilities, from conducting compliance audits and preparing detailed reports to spearheading SOP socialization efforts, particularly when compliance rates are low. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in guiding our company through external audits, including those from the FDA, ISO, and Halal certifying bodies, ensuring that we consistently achieve top scores and avoid major-critical findings that necessitate re-audits. Beyond compliance, I'm deeply involved in fraud investigations, leveraging my analytical skills to safeguard our organization's integrity. Moreover, I actively drive automation and collaboration projects, harnessing technology such as Google Forms, Sheets, and AppScript to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Whether it's designing innovative work environments or engineering seamless data flows, I'm committed to leveraging cutting-edge solutions to propel our company forward and ensure sustained success.
