Geological engineer, with +19 years of experience in Mineral Exploration and mine geology, with experience in PERÚ, CHILE, ECUADOR y USA. I worked in Cu, Cu-Mo mines (Toromocho, Las Bambas, Antapaccay, Antamina and Casapalca). Participated and developed the preparation and iniciation Greenfield and Brownfield exploration programs for BHP Minerals Americas, Led advanced explorations projects for TIER ONE (Junior Company – Canadá): Curibaya (Tacna) and Hurricane (Cusco), competent in evaluation of Porphyry, Porphyry-skarn, IOCG, Transitional and HS/LS Epithermal Systems, Base Metal polymetallic veins and orogenic gold. Solid knowledge of mine geology. Capable to complet and deliver tasks on time. Led open pit diamond drilling programs, explorations and underground mine. During the last 5 years I developed as a Senior Geologist, head of exploration projects and Project Manager. Capable to evaluate a portfolio of exploration and drilling programs with a in-depth cost análisis and process optimization to recommend sustainable actions with a comercial visión (5 a 10MM$) on a FY, including tracking contracts and Budget. Robust knowledge in geological, geochemical and geophysical data management and interpretation including QA/QC geological products such as mapping, sampling, logging and drilling. Skilled in using software such as Arc Gis, Target for Arc Gi, Leapfrog Geo, IoGas, MS Project (in-house training) and cost análisis. I currently lead Excadrill International as General Manager, a mining company specialized in diamond drilling, RC, hydrogeology and geotechnics and geological services with more than 450 workers. I have a Master's Degree in Strategic Business Administration (MBA) at CENTRUM Católica, PUCP Business School in progress, Specialization Diploma in Finance for Mining Companies at ESAN, project management and leadership coach for company directors.
