I have been selling products, services and concepts my entire life. I have the ability to constantly reinvent myself! Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sales, installation and service industry has allowed me access to office buildings, power plants, factories, oil refineries, military complexes, Comed facilities, shopping centers and government buildings. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker. I have marketed for clients, sold property and followed through to the closing. I have assisted hundreds of Real Estate Investors locate, purchase, rehab and sell their real estate investments. I was a Licensed Loan Originator. I marketed for clients, prepared loan application, found a lender to accept loan and followed through to closing. I was an Account Executive with Sebring Classic. I cold called and developed a client base of 150+ mortgage companies as my clients. I submitted $8 Million / month in new loans. I worked as a Business Consultant, Trainer and Coach through CPS Corporate Consultants for a variety of industries including Heller Financial, Comed, Lennox Industries, Temperature Equipment Corporation (Carrier Distributor) I worked as A Community Organizer for the (CCRC) Calumet Community Religious Conference. The CCRC was responsible for a State of Illinois grant to retrain and employ the unemployed workers from the Steel Mills closing in the Southside of Chicago, Illinois. In 1984 we hired a new community organizer named “Barrack Obama” who I had the pleasure of working with for almost 2 years.
