Learning new things and questioning old ideas is a key driver in my life. That which I want to learn I will learn, this is an ever ongoing quest for me I am a person who is motivated by working for ideas and visions. Compassion - Humanity - Respect are my core values. Curiosity, inquisitiveness and having an open mind to new ways of thinking is central to me. One of my key abilities is to feel what is going on around me - and then to analyse and pull out into the open the root causes of the human behaviours I see. I have realised that one of the major governing factors reads."Tell me how you will measure me - and I will tell you how I am going to behave" With this in mind any manager should ask himself - what is the behaviour we need in order to reach our goals given the framework of our corporate values. When you have identified the needed behaviours then you can design the measurement criteria that will produce the wanted behaviour. If you do not do this consciously then you are the mercy of what ever measurement system you happen to have at any given time. I am a keen fan of systems thinking - and to excel in this area will be one the key success factors for companies in the years ahead. The company that understands that it is an organism is the company that will be able to learn and change.
