From strategic decisions to tactical execution in the trenches, my mission is to elevate the craft of software development at every level. Over the last years, I have been frequently pairing with CTOs, VPs, Directors, Managers, and Product Specialists to connect business goals with technical strategy, while also joining forces with backend engineers to bring these strategies to life. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped many companies overcome various challenges. Most often, I take the reins of their large monolithic systems, correct the course of their microservice strategy, optimize the use of event-driven architecture, and regain efficiency by improving team topology and workflow. I am a generalist with a deep interest in Product Engineering. Rather than focusing solely on tools and frameworks, I prioritize broader, impactful topics such as Team Topologies, Domain-Driven Design, and Microservices, all aimed at driving product growth.
