Background

About Frederico Pflug

I build bridges that connect business and IT, ensuring optimal alignment to lead the organization to go beyond the established targets. My educational journey has been diverse. I started out studying freight forwarding, followed by software engineering and an MBA in process management. This has given me an interdisciplinary background, which, combined with rich life experiences, has positioned me to integrate into various areas within an organization. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with incredible people from diverse backgrounds who have helped me gain a better understanding of the different areas within the organizations I will work for. Besides my mother tongue, Portuguese, I consider myself fluent in English, German and Spanish. Frequent traveling has always been a great support to improving my linguistic skills. Beyond professional pursuits, I find joy in activities such as photography and dedicating time to volunteering and charitable causes. Global history and sports are also on the top of my list. These experiences not only contribute to my personal growth but also reflect my commitment to making a positive impact wherever I am.
