Professor Frederik Anseel is the Dean of UNSW Business School. UNSW Business School is one of the largest business schools in the Asia-Pacific region with its 8 Schools covering more than 15 study areas, 5 undergraduate programs and 18 postgraduate programs. With more than 350 tenure(d)-track academics and 250 FTE professional staff, UNSW Business School educates students (undergraduates, postgraduates, executivel) and collaborates with more than 400 industry, government, and research partners. UNSW Business School has been ranked the top business school in Australia by the Australian Financial Review (2022, 2023, 2024). UNSW Business School also hosts the prestigious AGSM - Australia’s leading MBA program, which was recently ranked by the Financial Times among the world’s 10 best online MBA programs. Previously, Prof. Anseel was Vice Dean at King's College London (UK), Head of Department, Rector’s Advisor for Talent Management and Lead Fundraising at Ghent University (Belgium) and held teaching and research positions at elite institutions such as ESSEC Business School (Paris, France), Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and University of Groningen (The Netherlands). He is an elected Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (US), and the International Association of Applied Psychology. He served as the President of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology for five years.
