About Frederik Boisvert

Frédérik Boisvert is an experienced executive and an influential leader in Quebec’s business community. Currently serving as President and CEO of the Quebec Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIQ), he leads the organization with a vision focused on supporting the industrial and commercial client base, promoting business succession, and advancing innovation and automation within companies in the Quebec region. Until 2024, Frédérik also served as President of the Regional Economic Development Association of the Centre-du-Québec (ARDECQ) and as General Manager of Destination Entreprise, where he mobilized economic stakeholders across the 22 municipalities of the MRC d'Arthabaska to stimulate economic growth. With extensive experience in public affairs and business development, he has held strategic roles, notably as Vice President of Public Affairs at Chantier Davie Canada. During his tenure, he helped qualify over $8 billion in contracts for the next 20 years, securing the long-term sustainability of Canada’s largest shipyard. He also played a key role in creating the Chantier Davie Canada Suppliers Association (now Naval Québec), an essential lever for strengthening Quebec's maritime ecosystem. His career also includes positions as Senior Advisor at Aucoin Stratégie et Communication and as a Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada, along with roles as Chief of Staff and Communications Director for several federal ministers. His visionary leadership and ability to forge strategic partnerships make him a key player in economic development and innovation in Quebec.
