I am Frederike Knop, CEO of CHRONEXT and a pioneer in change management. My drive describes itself by looking for "Constant change as a passion". During my time working for the luxury watch manufacturer Audemars Piguet, I played an instrumental role in successfully restructuring the German market. From establishing a customer support structure across Europe, expanding the customer network, restructuring the retail network, to opening proprietary retail locations. Since March 2022, I have been applying these experiences daily at CHRONEXT, driving process optimization and implementing innovative strategies. The creation of a motivated, team-driven corporate culture and improvement of the customer experience are key components of my change management. My approach goes beyond abstract management, cold objectivity, and one-dimensional communication.
