As a Senior Maintenance Manager at Royal Caribbean Group, I oversee the planning, execution, and budgeting of the ship's yearly maintenance plan, ensuring compliance with the company's standards and regulations. I have more than 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, holding an unlimited Chief Engineer license and a B.Sc. in Marine Engineering and Technology of Transport. I have also been involved in various aspects of new ship construction and design as a Project Engineer, coordinating technical works and project supervision, managing risk and resources, and assisting the Project Manager. I have developed analytical skills, a systematical approach, and the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the excellence and innovation of the marine industry as a leader and a professional.
