Major Deliverables: Develop policy framework, processes & systems for effective risk management of the retail equity broking business Development of score cards, metrics & dashboards to understand portfolio behavior Responsible for tracking, monitoring & analyzing portfolio Regular reporting of MIS to senior management like aging reports, debit reports and MIS reports Supervising and mentoring the risk team to ensure efficient implementation of processes Liasoning with the software vendor for changes / enhancements in the risk management system Liasoning with the business for understanding the business requirements & recommending changes in policies and processes to support the business Resolving all audit related queries for the department. Ensure that the framework of policies & schemes created maximize business potential while optimizing risk. Ensure that prescribed TAT is met for all the processes and there is minimum operational error as specified in Policy Ensure accurate & relevant MIS is sent to the senior management on a timely basis Responsible for regular monitoring of all dashboards & metrics & create and implement appropriate controls & trigger mechanisms. Responsible for supervising the work of the other team members to ensure efficient and smooth execution of activities
