About Fredrik Berglund

Currently working as a Senior Management Consultant within the area of business development and change management. Prior to that I was leading the Customer Solutions team at Systemite - with a great team of business consultants (12 and growing.) responsible for the implementation, configuration, and customization of SystemWeaver, creating value for our customers - including coaching and expert support. Part of the management team, I also support the CEO with strategic and tactical questions to scale Systemite's business. I have a background as innovation advisor/business coach at the Innovation Office at Chalmers University of Technology, guiding researchers during their first steps towards utilization and potential commercialization - utilizing my knowledge from industry and academia. In addition, I have 8+ years of experience from Process & IT Portfolio, Project- and Change-management in the automotive/transport industry. With the responsibility to add significant value to the customers’ across the Volvo Group and provided them efficient solutions in process, methodology and IT-tools for innovation, systems- & electrical engineering, product planning, portfolio- and project-management. This included strategic, tactical and operational responsibility of the corresponding project portfolio. Prior to that, I have a background in operational research in Product Development, Systems Engineering and Technology Management.
