About Fredrik Hansen

I have a Ph.D. in Economics (from Lund University 2006) and my main fields of interest are applied microeconomics, behavioral economics, decision theory, economic methodology, economics and interdisciplinarity, environmental economics and welfare economics. I have been working as Director, Senior Economist and Senior Analyst at Swedish and Norwegian governmental authorities. I am very familiar with both cost-benefit analysis (impact assessments) and multi-criteria analysis, as well as less advanced but quicker performed economic analyses. I find interdisciplinary projects especially interesting. I am also used to work with statistical software such as Excel, SPSS and Stata. I also have considerable experience from teaching and supervision. Therefore I am used to (and enjoy) giving presentations in English, especially to larger groups.
