About Fredrik Jespersen

As an associate manager at Tesla, I lead a team of service quality leads who ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. I have a car mechanic degree from Gand Vidergående, and over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. I joined Tesla in 2015 as a Service Technician, advancing to senior and then Lead Technician as well as being a Technical Coach for 3 years. In 2021 I joined the Service Quality Team as a Regional Service quality lead, and quickly advanced to a staff service quality lead and then to an associate manager. I have contributed to several projects that improved the manufacturing process, reduced the defect rate, and increased the efficiency and safety of the production line. I have also developed and implemented training programs for the service quality leads and technicians, and fostered a culture of collaboration and excellence among the team. I have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation and sustainability.
