History- Early years were spent on my family's dairy farm in Vermont - Quality Control Supervisor positions in the food business in upstate New York - Claim Representative for a national insurance company with positions in several states - Scheduler for utility distribution work in Vermont - assist residential customers to consider electric transformation options - assisted Vermont businesses with their electrical rates, electrical consumption, efficiencies, and assist to identify project opportunities to utilize the utility incentive program to reduce or eliminate fossil fuel use by considering an electric option-Current position: Plouffes Boiler and Mechanical: a residential and light commercial plumbing and heating contractor. Assist customers in planning the installation of ductless and ducted heat pumps systems, water heaters, and all equipment inquiries. So what connects these positions? My ability and desire to learn, be flexible, be accountable and responsible, be organized, communicate with all customers given their unique background and expertise, identify opportunities on a global level and prioritize, and apply solutions with the practical, financial, and specific goals of the individual customers in mind.
