About Freya Miller

As a Social and Content Executive at Franklin Fitch, I bring an agency copywriting and marketing background to internal and external marketing campaigns in the IT recruitment space. Currently, I'm specialising in organic social, brand ideation, and full-funnel strategy. After four years of balancing copywriting work and study at St Andrews, I made the jump into full-time digital marketing, where I've honed my expertise across a diverse client portfolio. In my 5 years at Capsule, I gained a keen understanding of what works for brands on social in both B2B and B2C contexts. I started writing copy after essays during lockdown, and grew into owning organic and paid social strategies from concept to execution. These days, you'll find me- Crafting personal brand strategies that make our company leaders actually sound like people - Shaping the Franklin Fitch voice wherever you can find us on social - Filling our website with high-value, insight led content that actually converts And my personal favourite, being the office translator for anyone asking 'how do I make this sound less corporate and more. me?' Outside the office I'm either deep in the latest spy/mystery thriller (feel free to ask me for recs, but be warned, I've got opinions!) or behind the decks spinning classic house and UK garage. Why? Because life's too short for boring basslines and predictable storytelling.
