About Freya Olson

I love working with people and solving problems. I am fortunate that my work experience has always consisted of doing these two things in combination with each other, and then applying them to a variety of different settings. From fielding inbound phone calls in a customer service center to managing a full caseload of community health care clients in my hometown of Vancouver, Canada, I have developed a solid set of interpersonal skills that I know I can rely on. I believe that any tricky situation in life can be improved with active listening, focusing on solutions, and using a collaborative approach to solving a problem.
