It doesn’t matter how great your idea is, or how much cash you’ve got, the thing that can make or break your business: the people you choose to join your journey. As Head of Engagement at ISL Talent, I advise founders of UK & US Tech Startups on Talent Strategy. That's everything from Employer Value Proposition to talent mapping, from advert to interview, and from onboarding to exit. It could be one specific question, all the way up to the full talent strategy shebang. For our founders actively hiring, it's an ISL team effort to work as an extension of that business to find, engage, & interview specialist talent.
