My work is very influenced by Scandinavian design aesthetic and philosophy. Simplicity, minimalisms and functionality. I’m attracted to the purity in its form. I’ve found that some of the most simplest designs are the cleverest and also tends to be timeless which is very attractive to me personally. I’m also influence by history because things were made for a purpose and rarely just for decoration. If there was decoration it usually meant something or was more considered. I work only with high quality natural materials. Choice of materials is extremely important because I want my products to last. I mostly work with vegetable tanned leather and in the past year or so I’ve been using a lot of waxed canvas. My online portfolio shows work from when I was in college to present day.
