Having implemented new digital and innovative services in the market as both an entrepreneur and intrapreneur I constantly promoting a startup mindset, with prototyping and testing for looping over large scale launches. Having worked with start-up and validation of new ideas, projects and initiatives cross functional within an organization, I believe that digital transformation includes the whole organization, and both external and internal communication. It is equally important to enhance the individual collegue in her digital transformation, as it is important to challenge the leadership into adapting new tools and methods in order to realize business value.
