Head of Group Operations Development @ Coor I lead a wonderful team of brilliant people. We are responsible for developing Coor’s operational business through lean processes with data driven transparency. This keeps us busy, and I love every day. I see myself as a combiner that strives to see the bigger picture. I believe in finding and bringing the best people for every challenge together and give them the freedom and responsibility to act. I’m a physics engineer specialized in business and operational productivity, who started out in FMCG manufacturing but turned generalist after a number of years as a management consultant working in different fields of business. Today I manage operations strategy and development for Coor Group, supporting all our Nordic countries. We aim to drive development that improve and simplify our processes and systems and make the day-to-day work for our operational managers easier, in a company that is constantly evolving and where standing still is not an option. I get to do this with a team that share the same passion for developing operations as I do. We are humble to our task. We serve our true heroes; cleaners, technicians, chefs and workplace staff. That’s our job.
