Frima is a passionate marketing professional with 10+ years of experience. She is currently leading marketing department at KAMI, a pioneer modest fashion brand. She is responsible for establishing brand positioning and growing the business through various marketing efforts, both offline and online channels. As Marketing Lead at Nokia Software Indonesia and Acquisition Lead at Indosat Ooredoo, she was responsible for designing, developing, and executing go-to-market strategy focusing on new user growth & maintaining MAU. She managed acquisition marketing by optimizing the lower funnel conversion, executed growth hacking strategy through various touch points, and managed the on boarding & owned channels communication to retain the existing users. Before joining Nokia Software Indonesia, Frima worked at PermataBank, one of the Leading Digital Banking services. Starting her role at the Communication & Digital division, she was responsible for providing campaign reports and analysis to improve overall marketing performance and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.
