Fulvio is a project manager with over 30 years’ experience delivering construction projects. He has delivered projects through various contracting methods including traditional Lump Sum, Design & Construct, Construction Management and private finance, to meet project and client requirements. During his career Fulvio has developed extensive skills in client representation, design management, project coordination, stakeholder management, and communications. He has held positions as a client advisor, Architect, Superintendent, and Project Director. This broad experience has provided him with a valuable understanding of the key success factors required to deliver successful projects whilst developing strong business relationships. Fulvio is skilled in the strategic thinking required at project initiation, where the value proposition for the client is driven by critical decisions which ultimately have the greatest impact on the successful outcome of a project.
