I have approximately 18 years of experience at large-scale international projects in QATAR & UAE. I was responsible for the management of facade's architectural & civil construction packages. I lead teams of architects, civil engineers and draftmen at the project's site technical office. I managed the subcontractors that were assigned within the scope of the project. I managed the material purchasing processes within the scope of the project.I can list the details of my job responsibilities as follows:• Coordination of the contract, IFC drawings, specifications, RFI's, official correspondences and shop drawings.• Managing architects, civil engineers and draftmen in the production of shop drawings and obtaining the approval of those drawings.• To ensure that the technical submissions and site executions of the subcontractors comply with the project requirements.• To make all kinds of technical correspondences and coordinations of the contractor with client, consultants and subcontractors.• To ensure the coordination of construction works with mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages.• To ensure the transfer of the structure to the BIM model and its coordination in terms of ensuring full coordination in complex construction structures.• To do the necessary coordination with the site engineers to ensure the site executions comply with the project requirements and latest official correspondences.• Solving all kinds of contractual and technical problems with client, consultants and subcontractors. Then to formalize these solutions as agreed.• To hold the necessary technical meetings with client, consultants and subcontractors to discuss all matters related to the progress of the project and to formalize the decisions taken at these meetings with minutes of meetings.• To ensure that the material procurement & processes made within the scope of the project complies with the project requirements and planning. Especially long lead materials must be followed carefully to catch up project planning.• To coordinate claims raised by subcontractors and try to keep project budgets within the available fund.• To do value engineering in case any need due to exceeded budget.• To make sure all the technical documentations are as per necessary specifications, standards, references or agreements.• Anticipating any problem that may cause delay in project planning and taking necessary measures ahead of the delay.
