summary of my career After graduating from university, I started as a programmer at TDC Software and experienced all phases of system implementation. Then I moved to the consulting industry and joined Arrows Consulting in Japan. Experienced system design and business improvement, focusing on management accounting areas such as budget management and performance management. After that, I joined the EY Strategy and Consulting, due to business integration. Experienced in consulting themes such as the first Japanese project to introduce program management into business sorting and sports events, and a large scale business/system cross-functional project utilizing Emerging Technology (RPA, AI, BoT, etc.). Now, I am the Automation Consulting Lead for Japan at UiPath. What I would like to challenge? I would like to contribute to solving the issues of Japanese society (decrease in workforce, low productivity in international competition) and improve Japanese society and business by working together with my team members to provide consulting services for business innovation using technology.
