About Fumihiko Kimura

Carrier started from Project engineer for the domestic refinery project including Platforming, Catalyst cracking, Desulfurization unit. Moved to Process engineering team engaged in the topping, cracking and reforming unit design as well as equipment process design, Process flow diagram and Piping and Instrument diagram development. Also took charge of the refinery startup and operation support as a process designer. Started the project in the international field and was involved in the Refinery, Gas processing facility EPCC management in many places of the globe including, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Algeria, Iran and Iraq for more than 20 years. Stepped carrier up through Project engineer, Engineering Manager and Project Manager. Worked in the multi national engineering team in UK, France. Managed multinational joint venture project team of Japan, France, Korea and US. Experienced project size ranged from 1 MM USD to several billion dollars. Last mega size project was a grass roots refinery in Vietnam. Currently supporting carbon neutral project including CO2 CCUS and others. Very much interested in the international cultural difference and peoples relationships. Always respect persons in the team and customer to build a landmark/memorable products which contribute the success of teams mission.
