As a Production Engineer with a robust background in manufacturing and process optimization, I bring a proven track record of enhancing production efficiency and quality. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Energy Science and Technology, which equip me with a deep understanding of engineering principles and energy systems.Throughout my career, I have consistently driven improvements in production processes and team performance. At Chen Solar, I was instrumental in designing, optimizing, and overseeing the manufacturing of high-quality 16BB 580W TOPCon ND solar panels. Managing three shifts and a team of 120 production personnel, I developed tailored material lists and optimized soldering parameters, significantly reducing cell breakage ratios and boosting efficiency.Currently, as an Assembly Production Engineer at MAHLE, I continue to apply my expertise in process control and team management. I oversee a production line of 40 personnel, focusing on the manufacture of high-quality manifolds, clean and dirty air pipes, and boxes, ensuring that our products meet the stringent standards of the automotive industry.
