Assess the current IT Infrastructure and provide recommendations to the Architecture and Engineering teams to fine tune and re-configure the servers for optimal performance and as per Microsoft’s best practices. • Manage complex Active Directory and Citrix environment. • Review trends from the analysis of reports from SCOM and other monitoring tools and suggesting remediation to the respective Business Units. • Perform proactive maintenance on Windows Servers hosting various Microsoft and in house applications following the ITIL processes. • Provide Level 3 technical support for Windows and Citrix platform issues. • Coordinate maintenance activities and outages with infrastructure and application management teams. • Working on RCA for complex server related issues. • Provide on call support as per the business needs.
