About Gab Gibek

Community Researcher at the University of Reading. Photographer and overall creative working under the name of Rosestarred. Working in the visual arts since 2018. Gallery Assistant at Reading Borough Council, where I support the daily operations and events of the Reading Museum, where I apply my customer service, public speaking, and merchandising skills. In my spare time, I run my own e-commerce business, where I curate and sell vintage dresses, managing margins, profits, and customer expectations. Additionally, I am an English tutor, teaching in ELF methodology. I am currently pursuing a BA in English Language at The Open University, where I explore my interest in storytelling, creative writing, and culture. I am looking for work in the creative sector, where I can use my knowledge and experience to positively impact my surroundings and inspire others. As a queer, non-binary, and Polish person, I value diversity, inclusion, and representation, and I aim to create conversations and influence through my art and creativity.
