Throughout my career I have found that no matter what sector I work in, from sport and retail to education (inc the Third Sector) my top three characteristics always stand out: my laser-focused energy and passion for what I am doing, my relationship building skills across the board and my ability to always bring the best out in my team. I am always looking for my next challenge in the corporate world of sport where I get to collaborate on ambitious projects that will move this exciting world forward and deliver the joy of sport to new audiences in fresh and innovative ways. With over 20 years of experience in the sport and retail industries, I have successfully managed and developed various teams, people and projects, from high-end bespoke and MTM menswear to fast retail, sports management and grassroots coaching. I am also very experienced in retail operations, new business development and hospitality projects. Prior to my current role as Director of Football at Maccabi London FC, I was the General Manager at Charlton Athletic Women FC, where I was responsible for all aspects of running a professional football club, including financial, personnel, operations, administration, board presentation and reporting, sponsorship, kit development and ordering, brand development, advertising and marketing, player care and match day organisation. I also personally oversaw the Women's First team, RTC and ETC, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations. I am passionate about football and sports science, and I hold a UEFA B certification and an unfinished degree in Sports Science from the University of Greenwich.
