About Gabi Ryan

I am currently a student at IU in the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs studying management. I aim to be the best version of myself and challenge myself with new things. I have been able to do this through being a creative thinker, hardworking team member, and good communicator. Creative Thinker: While being an editor of my school’s yearbook, I learned to think more creatively so that each spread I made would be unique. I taught the other students how to work all the apps and show them how to get creative when making a spread. Hardworking Team Member: As the Member Engagement Director of Kappa Kappa Gamma I have collaborate with the chapter members to plan activities on diversity and inclusion and enjoyment. I also foster a sisterhood where everyone feels welcome and supported, and maintain a positive spirit and respect among all chapter members Good Communicator: When working at Vanilla Bean Bakery, I served and took the customers’ orders, provided communication and organizational skills. I have assisted other employees by making the desserts in the back, providing good employee relations
