I have profound business knowledge in commercial and financial controlling, budgeting as well as project management. I have spent multiple years developing and optimizing decision support systems. I have overseen commercial controlling in a very dynamic, challenging Central and Eastern European region consisting of thirteen legal entities. I am responsible for process optimization throughout the organization based on Lean Methodology. I view myself as an internal consultant for the organization’s decision makers. I assess current weak spots within existing workflows and processes, I map upcoming risks and make thorough recommendations to improve overall performance. I implement best practices for monitoring and reporting processes, act as project manager contributing to a more efficient and profitable organization and increased customer value. My strengths include the ability to prioritize in a dynamic and busy work environment, as well as the capability in translating and processing complex issues. My organizational and strong communication skills have helped me in finding solutions to elaborate issues. As I have lived in a multicultural and international environment since my early childhood, adapting to diverse social environments comes naturally to me. My strong language skills have always supported me in working with teams from different cultural backgrounds.
