Hello! My name is Gabriel and in my visit card you will find that I am a communicative person, hard working, attentive to details and self development oriented. At the beginning I had the opportunity to work as a Customer Service Sales Specialist at Comdata Romania.There I discovered the interaction with Vodafone PrePay customers. In that department I learned to be empathic with the customers and I trained my communication skill. With a lot of patience I helped the customers in their needs for the Prepay service. After Comdata, I had the honor to be part of Orange Romania, where I had three jobs. Here I developed my communication skills via chatonline on site mail and phone. Transmitting good information means gaining the trust of customers, colleagues and increasing the company's turnover. Now I have the pleasure to be Claims Officer at Fortify Claims Assitance. Here I have the opportunity to manage the communication between services like Volvo Romania, Premium Trucks Romania, TH Trucks Romania and many insurance company. Working under time with empathy and careful makes my feel that I’m delivering a good information and the end customer is completely satisfied. Each day comes with new informations and I can't wait to see what tomorrow has in store for me!
